10) Dear Geoff, what a shock to hear of Brian Hargreaves' death. This must have been a terrible blow for you, after such successful collaborations. Nancy and I were very impressed with what he and you have both put on recently. I hope you can somehow manage to keep the Baroque right up there with HLSI Opera Group. I have never quite understood how so much of early Italian music & opera became lost over the centuries.

11) I will particularly miss collaborating and sharing our operatic passions on the Opera Circle presentations, sometimes over many weeks of preparation, including the odd planning meeting over a coffee and croissant in the Highgate Wood café!
